Profilte Wire Wrapped Screen
Profilte wire wrapped screen is used for water and oil filtration, and is manufactured by a "V" or wedge shaped wire around an internal array of longitudinal support rods. The wires intersect at each point and are fusion welded.
The profile wire wraps around the support rods over the full lenth of the screen creating a continuous slot opening, and thus allowing ample quantities of water and oil to pass through freely. The majority of sand and gravel, however, are kept out.
Features:
The mesh filter has high mechanical strength, which allows it to stand large amounts of pressure drop. It has equal slots so that the filtration process can be evenly spread, the filter cake can be easily cleaned and reused. The wedge type slot design helps to improve the backflushing and regeneration features of the filter.
